What are credits?
Credits are inlcuded in every plan. Credits are used when you send a text message, receive a text message, and place or answer a phone call. You can always purchase more credits as needed, or upgrade to a larger plan to save more money.
Do credits roll over each month?
Yes! Unlike most companies, our credits roll over each month.
What does the free setup include?
Our free setup consists of completely setting up every aspect of your account for you. This inlcudes choosing a phone number, importing your contact list, setting up custom automation and workflows, and connecting any integrations.
What if I run out of credits?
You have the ability to control your credit balance. If you go over in credits, you decide how much you are billed to replenish your account. Each credit over your alloted amount each month costs .015 per credit.
How long can a text message be?
1 credit is 160 characters in a text message. Going over in characters or adding photos/emojis/links may use 2-3 credits. When adding emojis, the character limit is 70 characters per credit.

What phone number do we use?
Upon the creation of your account, you’ll have the opportunity to choose a local phone number for your organization. You can choose to have calls forwarded to another number as well.
How many emails can I send?
All of our plans include unlimited emails.
What are sub-accounts?
Sub-accounts allow you to create completely seperate accounts with their own phone numbers for different ministries or campuses. We often see kids ministry, youth ministry, etc use their own sub-accounts with their own phone numbers.
How many users can my account have?
All of our subscriptions allow for unlimited users with custom permissions for each.
How many credits does a phone call use?
About 3 credits per minute that you are on the call.
