Contact Current allows you to bring your organization’s Facebook and Instagram Direct Messages into the same dashboard as your text, email, website chat and Google my business.

Instructions

1. Click on settings in the bottom left hand corner of your dashboard.

2. Click the “Integrations” tab on the left sidebar.

3. Click the “connect” button under the Facebook and Instagram Logos on the right hand side of your screen.

4. Make sure you login to the personal account that has admin access to your organization’s “business” page.

5. Click Connect to your page’s name.

6. Select your organization’s “business” page from the drop down menu.

7. Then click Connect Facebook & Instagram.

Pro Tip: You are only able to connect one Facebook and one Instagram account to Contact Current for receiving direct messages, but UNLIMITED Facebook, Instagram and Facebook Groups to post, and schedule posts in!
