Contact Current allows you to automatically follow up with first time guests. This is a walk-through of what that guest will see once they submit the first-time guest form.
Details
1. First time guest form is submitted.
2. Guest is added to Contact Current.
- The guest is instantly added to Contact Current (our follow-up system)
- A “First time guest” tag is applied to their contact
- That tag triggers the full Fist time guest journey
No one on your team has to take manual action.
3. Immediate Confirmation Text
- A friendly text message shortly after signing up
“Hey {{contact.first_name}}! Just wanted to send a quick message and say thanks so much for visiting with us! If you have any questions at all, feel free to simply respond to this message! We hope to see you again this coming Sunday. Our service times are . ~ {{location.name}}”
